The fight for President Trump and for America continues…
The Trump campaign just asked the Supreme Court to reverse decisions by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, saying three particular decisions violate the Federal Constitution.

President Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani’s statement reads: “This petition … has national importance, and there is a strong likelihood that the State Supreme Court decisions violate the Federal Constitution.”

The statement urges the SCOTUS to act quickly because the presidency “hangs in the balance.”

The NY Post reports the three Pennsylvania decisions involve signatures on mail-in and absentee ballots and the campaign’s ability to observe vote counting at the Philadelphia Convention Center.

Our previous report on the decision by the Pennsylvania court:

Judicial Watch leader Tom Fitton said it best when he tweeted out the Pennsylvania Supreme Court’s decision to accept absentee/mail-in ballots without date or handwritten name or address. Fitton said the Pennsylvania Supreme Court is “out of control” and shows “incredible contempt for free and fair elections.”

This is another loss for the Trump campaign but more of a loss for all Americans who deserve fair elections. The ruling today is Banana Republic style, where it’s a free-for-all with ballots.  Democrats believe that the end justifies the means, so cheating is fine with them if they get their candidate elected.

Incredible contempt for free and fair elections by the out of control PA Supreme Court. https://t.co/Rl0Y07Yha5

Rep. Jody Hice asserted that we lose our Republic if we don’t reign in the fraud now:

If we lose the integrity of our elections, we lose our Republic.
